We are looking for an AFTERNOON SHIFT COORDINATOR for a food supplements company located in Barberà del Vallès.
What you'll do
Duties
- Ensure the timely and quality fulfillment of planned production
- Carry out production processes guaranteeing food safety and security
- Ensure compliance with the guidelines set for each manufacturing process
- Manage the team of both permanent staff and temporary agency workers participating in the production process during the shift in question
- Supply raw materials and necessary materials in all rooms
- Ensure the handover of information and the status of lines and production between work shifts
- Ensure the training of their team in terms of format, duration, and location
- Complete all production records associated with their activity
- Be diligent in compliance with HACCP – CCP and OPRPs
- Responsibility in guaranteeing compliance with the food safety/security culture implemented in our company, as well as promoting it
Requirements
Minimum requirements
- Minimum experience: 2 years performing similar functions
- Experience in the Food and/or Pharma sector is highly valued.
- Own vehicle
