Senior Database Administrator (Oracle - PL/SQL) - Tech solutions

We are looking for a Database Administrator for one of our clients located in Madrid.

• Administer and maintain Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB, and PostgreSQL databases.
• Manage backups, restorations, and recoveries in the event of incidents.
• Monitor and optimize database and server performance.
• Execute migrations and version updates.
• Design and maintain high-availability environments and clusters.
• Implement and maintain database security.
• Provide technical support to development teams.
• Manage level 2 and 3 incidents.
• Document technical procedures and prepare reports.

• Experience in database administration:
• Oracle (10g, 19c, RAC, Multitenant, RMAN).
• SQL Server (2019/2022, clusters, Windows Server).
• MySQL/MariaDB and PostgreSQL.
• Knowledge of:
• Backup, recovery, tuning, and optimization.
• High availability and replication.
• Oracle Grid Infrastructure and ASM.
• Proficiency with administration and monitoring tools:
• Oracle Enterprise Manager, SSMS, Toad, Nagios.
• Scripting in Linux and advanced PL/SQL.
• Experience with storage (ASM, DELL/EMC arrays, virtualized environments).

• Ejecutar migraciones y actualizaciones de versiones.
• Diseñar y mantener entornos de alta disponibilidad y clústeres.

• Gestionar incidencias de nivel 2 y 3.
• Documentar procedimientos técnicos y elaborar informes.
