What we're looking for

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

At least 3 years of experience as a Cloud Architect in AWS ecosystems.
Experience in the design and implementation of advanced Artificial Intelligence solutions in enterprise environments, with relevant experience in agentic AI architectures, multi-agent systems, and intelligent automation in production during the last 2 years.
Knowledge of distributed architectures, automation, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms.
Experience leading small technical teams or multidisciplinary initiatives.
Ability to act as a technical reference for clients and collaborate in pre-sales and solution definition processes.
Profile with an innovative mindset, consultative orientation, and the ability to transform complex technological concepts into tangible value propositions.
Professional English level (minimum B2), to be able to speak with partners autonomously.

The role

As AI Agentic Architecture Lead, you will lead the design of new capabilities around advanced intelligent systems, participating both in the definition of solutions and in the construction of technological accelerators that allow organizations to adopt these technologies with speed, security, and scalability.

What you'll do

Lead the design and evolution of advanced architectures based on artificial intelligence within enterprise cloud environments.
Define technological approaches, reference architectures, and accelerators that allow for the reduction of adoption and implementation times for new AI capabilities.
Evaluate emerging technologies and actively contribute to the construction of innovative value propositions for clients across different sectors.
Combine strategic vision and technical capacity to transform business challenges into scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions.
Participate in pre-sales initiatives, workshops, and solution definition sessions alongside commercial and technical teams.
Act as a technical reference in the definition of platforms, best practices, and capabilities related to the lifecycle of cloud and artificial intelligence solutions.
Lead and support a small, highly specialized team, fostering technical development and excellence in delivery.
Maintain an active role in the construction of strategic components and proofs of concept that allow for the validation of new technological approaches.
Collaborate in the definition of the vision and roadmap of a rapidly growing technological practice, with a strong focus on innovation and enterprise adoption.
