Financial Coordinator

• Competitive Salary: €38,000 - €40,000
• Schedule: 9:00 - 18:00 or 10:00 - 19:00 (M-Th) / 9:00 - 15:45 or 10:00 - 16:45 (F). An intensive working day exists from 15/06 to 15/09.
• Offices located in the center of Madrid (Barrio de Salamanca).
• Work model is mainly on-site with some flexibility

Our client is an international company dedicated to the acquisition, management, and development of commercial real estate assets. The Madrid office structure consists of 4 people, but the group's consolidated turnover volume is significantly higher.

• Supervise the external work of the company's collaborators in the accounting, tax, and corporate areas (including minutes and legal obligations of the company).
• Guarantee correct compliance with applicable accounting and tax regulations.
• Control the recording and maintenance of the company's accounting and corporate books.

2) Financial management and treasury

• Supervise the invoicing of rents and company income.
• Supervise and accompany the execution of payments to suppliers, partners, and other obligations.
• Monitor and control bank accounts, investments, loans, and deposits.
• Prepare financial forecasts and control cash flow.

3) Tax and fiscal control

• Verify and control the calculation, settlement, and payment of taxes.
• Supervise the tax situation of the company and the partners, guaranteeing compliance before the tax authorities.

4) Audit and accounting control

• Supervise internal and external audits.
• Guarantee the correct recording of accounting operations and the consistency of financial information.
• Support the control and organization of the partners' personal documentation in Spain and Portugal.
• Guarantee the correct organization and filing of corporate and financial documentation.
• Prepare financial, accounting, and management reports.
• Propose improvements in financial, accounting, and internal control processes.
• Analyze and manage investments, evaluating risks and profitability.
• Define, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPI).

• At least 4-5 years of prior professional experience in similar positions

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Previous experience of more than 4 years in a Financial Analyst role.
• Real intermediate-high level of English. Proficiency in Portuguese will be valued as the partners are in Brazil.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills
