The role

We are looking for a Head of Technical Director to lead the Technical and Projects Department in Mallorca (luxury property developer). Essential Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Engineering (preferably from a Spanish university) or Quantity Surveyor (Technical Architect).
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in the construction sector in Spain, with at least 10 significant completed projects.
- Project Management: Demonstrable experience across the complete project lifecycle (planning, permitting, tendering, execution, quality control, cost management, delivery, warranty, and defects).
- Regulations: Deep familiarity with local Spanish regulations.
- Team Leadership: Minimum 3 years of experience managing teams of at least 5 people, with proven ability to hire, train, and motivate.
- Languages: Native Spanish and very high English (Full Professional Proficiency).
