The role

I am looking for an Engineering Team Lead to lead a team of 10 engineers specialized in different branches (electrical, mechanical, and electronic) in industrial equipment design projects.

What you'll do

The Engineering Team Lead profile will have the following objectives:

Manage a multidisciplinary design engineering team (electrical, mechanical, and electronic).
Guarantee the consistency and robustness of designs within the department.
Ensure that the design meets cost and quality objectives.
Guide the team in redesign activities when necessary.
Guarantee the current international regulations that the products must comply with.
