Restaurant Manager Alcoy

At Michael Page, we are looking for a Manager for the restaurant sector in Alcoy.

The person responsible for the business unit will carry out the following functions:

• Management of the Profit and Loss Account of the business unit.
• Customer service.
• Assignment of shifts, tasks, holidays, and objectives to the staff.
• Control of productivity ratios, absenteeism, turnover, shrinkage, and holidays.
• Planning, organization, and control of the restaurant's daily management.
• Coordinate the staff under their supervision.
• Ensure the training and development of the staff.
• Manage the stocks of raw materials, shrinkage, and margins.
• Carry out periodic inventories.
• Develop all tasks necessary to guarantee quality standards.

• Previous experience of 2 years in a similar position
• Availability to work rotating shifts
• Previous experience of 2 years, holding a similar position of responsibility; managing profit and loss accounts, making product and sales projections, schedules, inventories, etc.

• A proactive, dynamic person, with the capacity for learning and self-improvement, and interested in developing a professional career within the sector.
• Leadership and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams, good skills for obtaining, analyzing, and managing information, a favorable disposition towards teamwork, strategic vision, and a focus on results and the customer.

• Permanent contract 40H/W
• Promotion within the company.

• Schedule: Availability to work from Monday to Sunday. Rotating shifts of morning, afternoon, and night. Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Immediate availability.

La persona responsable de la unidad de negocio realizará las siguientes funciones:

• Gestión de Cuenta de Explotación de la unidad de negocio.
• Atención al cliente.
• Asignación de turnos, tareas, vacaciones y objetivos a la plantilla.
• Control de las ratios de productividad, absentismos, rotación, merma y vacaciones.
• Planificación, organización y control de la gestión diaria del Restaurante.
• Coordinar el personal a su cargo.
• Garantizar la formación y el desarrollo del personal.
• Gestionar los stocks de materias primas, mermas y márgenes.
• Realizar inventarios periódicos.
• Desarrollar todas las tareas necesarias para garantizar los estándares de calidad.

• Experiencia precia de 2 años en una posición similar
• Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos
• Experiencia previa de 2 años, ocupando una posición similar de responsabilidad; gestionando cuentas de explotación, realizando proyecciones de producto y de ventas, horarios, pedidos, inventarios, etc.

• Persona proactivas, dinámicas, con capacidad de aprendizaje y superación y que estén interesadas en desarrollar una carrera profesional dentro del sector.
• Liderazgo y capacidad de gestión de equipos multidisciplinares, buenas aptitudes para la obtención, análisis y gestión de información, disposición favorable hacia el trabajo en equipo, visión estratégica y orientación a resultados y al cliente

• Horario: Disponibilidad de trabajo de lunes a domingo. Horario rotativo de mañana, tarde y noche. Disponibilidad para trabajar fines de semana y festivos.
