Requirements

What we're looking for

University degree, preferably in Business Administration and Management, Marketing, Health Sciences, or related areas.
Experience in business development, strategic project management, or the launch of new initiatives.
Experience in the education sector, especially in university environments.
Experience in the preparation and analysis of business plans, including the evaluation of costs, margins, and profitability.
Experience developing and implementing collaboration agreements and strategic partnerships.
Analytical profile, with business vision and results orientation.
Ability to manage projects from start to finish, from the identification of the opportunity to its execution.
Good command of Excel and data analysis capability.

Nice to have

Knowledge of the health field and/or specialized training is valued.
English level is valued

We are looking for a profile with business vision and execution capability to lead new projects and strategic alliances in the university field, actively contributing to the growth and expansion of the organization.

What you'll do

Identification, analysis, and development of new business opportunities in collaboration with universities and other institutions in the health field.
Design and preparation of business plans, including analysis of margins, costs, feasibility, and growth potential.
Development and implementation of collaboration agreements and strategic partnerships.
Comprehensive leadership and coordination of projects, from the identification of the opportunity to its implementation.
Market analysis and detection of trends in the education, university, and healthcare sectors.
Definition and monitoring of action plans oriented towards revenue generation and sustainable growth.
Coordination with internal marketing, admissions, and management teams to ensure the success of projects.
Participation in national and international projects within an environment of strong growth and expansion.
Preparation of presentations and reports to support strategic decision-making.
