The role

We are looking for a procurement engineer to join a team specialized in industrial, energy, and installation projects. The selected person will participate in the comprehensive management of technical procurement, supplier negotiation, order tracking, and support for site and project teams, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and technical specifications.

What you'll do

Prepare reports and statements related to procurement activities. The person joining will assume the following responsibilities:

Search, evaluation, and approval of suppliers and subcontractors.
Request and analysis of technical and economic offers.
Negotiation of commercial conditions with suppliers.
Preparation of procurement comparisons.
Issuance and tracking of orders through ERP.
National and international logistics coordination.
Management of relationships with customs agents and logistics operators.
Control and tracking of deliveries to guarantee compliance with deadlines.
Support in the administrative management of procurement and control of delivery notes.
Support to project directors, site managers, and technical staff.
Development and expansion of the supplier portfolio.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

A degree in Industrial Engineering, technical engineering, or equivalent training is essential.
Minimum of two years of experience in high-value technical procurement.
Experience in industrial, energy, process, or installation environments.
High level of English. French will be valued.
Availability to undertake occasional national and international travel.
Advanced proficiency in computer tools and ERP.
Results orientation.
Organizational and negotiation skills.
Proactivity and dynamism.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
