The role

As part of the Management Committee, you will be responsible for leading plant operations, production, warehouse, and Supply Chain, exercising transversal leadership.

What you'll do

Lead and develop the production and warehouse teams.
Guarantee efficiency, quality, safety, and compliance with operational objectives.
Coordination with Supply Chain, Purchasing, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D.
Drive Lean Management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Lead automation, digitalization, and industrial modernization projects.
Participate in strategic projects related to the facilities and the evolution of the company.
Take responsibility for OHS and safety aspects within your scope.
Participate actively in the Management Committee.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Education: Engineering, preferably Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical, or similar.
Experience: in Operations, Production, or Plant within an industrial environment, food, chemical, pharma, or process industries. Management of production teams. Experience in Lean Management, automation, and digitalization is valued.
Knowledge: Supply Chain and a transversal vision of the business.
Languages: Fluent English, essential.
