Accounting and Administration Manager (M/F)

We are looking for an Accounting and Administration Manager who reports directly to the CFO and is responsible for managing and supervising general accounting, invoicing, AP, AR, and treasury.

• Manage and supervise the administration department, including the supervision of general accounting, invoicing, collections, and payments.
• Comprehensive management and supervision of AP, AR, and treasury.
• Optimize administrative processes, primarily through automation tools or AI.
• Ensure compliance with current tax and accounting regulations.
• Coordinate internal and external audits.
• Management and improvement of financial and business ERPs.
• Management and supervision of monthly and annual accounting closings.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient resource management.
• Reporting to the CFO

• Competitive salary range: 50,000 € - 55,000 € gross annual + variable

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, or similar.
• Interest in discovering and testing new software solutions.
• Ability to identify improvements and propose solutions based on Artificial Intelligence or automation tools.
• Previous experience in financial or administrative roles
• Previous experience in Big4 (+4 years) is valuable
• Experience with end clients (+5 years), valuable in the hospitality sector
• Advanced knowledge of accounting, taxation, and financial regulations.
• Handling of financial management tools and software (Microsoft Dynamics NAV).

Buscamos un Responsable de Contabilidad y Administración que reporte directamente a CFO y sea responsable de gestionar y supervisar la contabilidad general, facturación, AP, AR y tesorería.

• Gestionar y supervisar el departamento de administración, incluyendo la supervisión de la contabilidad general, facturación, cobros y pagos.
• Gestión y supervisión integral de AP, AR y tesorería.
• Optimizar los procesos administrativos, principalmente mediante herramientas de automatización o IA.
• Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normativas fiscales y contables vigentes.
• Coordinar auditorías internas y externas.
• Gestión y mejora de ERPs financieros y de negocio.
• Gestión y supervisión en el cierre contable mensual y anual.
• Colaborar con otros departamentos para garantizar una gestión eficiente de los recursos.
• Reporting al CFO

• Rango salarial competitivo: 50.000 € - 55.000 € brutos anuales + variable

El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:

• Formación universitaria en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Economía o similar.
• Interés por descubrir y testear nuevas soluciones de software.
• Capacidad para identificar mejoras y proponer soluciones basadas en Inteligencia Artificial o herramientas de automatización.
• Experiencia previa en roles de responsabilidad financiera o administrativa
• Valorable experiencia previa en Big4 (+4años)
• Experiencia en cliente final (+5años), valorable en sector hospitality
• Conocimientos avanzados en contabilidad, fiscalidad y normativa financiera.
• Manejo de herramientas y software de gestión financiera (Microsoft Dynamics NAV).
