The role

We are looking for a Logistics Manager to lead logistics operations and optimize processes in the retail/distribution sector. The position requires previous experience in supply chain management and industrial organization.

What you'll do

  • Analyze and optimize the End-to-End logistics processes of the company's different centers nationwide.
  • Design and standardize procedures to improve the productivity, efficiency, and quality of operations.
  • Identify improvement opportunities in receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, transport, and last-mile processes.
  • Implement continuous improvement methodologies and Industrial Organization tools: Lean, 5S, Kaizen, process analysis, and productivity.

  • Analyze the sizing of the different centers and propose improvements regarding resources, processes, organization, and technology.
  • Lead and support teams during transformation processes, favoring the adoption of new ways of working.
  • Work transversally with the Logistics, Operations, IT, Purchasing, Commercial, and other key departments.
  • Visit the company's different logistics centers to understand operations, support teams, and drive improvement projects.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:
