About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Manager to lead the technical area of an important industrial center located in the Montsià region (Tarragona), managing an internal team and external suppliers. Operational role, close to the plant and with direct involvement in resolving breakdowns and improvements.

What you'll do

  • Leading the maintenance area of the center, managing a team of 7-9 maintenance technicians and coordinating specialized external companies.

  • Ensuring basic preventive maintenance, prioritizing production continuity.
  • Working in a highly operational role, with a strong presence on the plant floor and direct involvement when necessary in technical interventions.
  • Managing maintenance shifts (morning and afternoon) and working split shifts as the area manager.
  • Coordinating with production (6 a.m.–2 p.m. shift) and providing technical support across the various processes.
  • Reporting directly to the Production Director and indirectly to the Center Management.
  • Managing incidents, prioritizing tasks, and following up on work carried out by external suppliers.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety standards and good maintenance practices.
