The role

The person joining must be senior, with experience in industrial businesses with SAP and the autonomy to assume leadership and execution of projects within the group, starting with the process analysis project and subsequently with the transformation and digitalization projects arising from it.

What you'll do

Lead the execution of the process analysis project alongside the IT manager.
Leverage their involvement in the project to gain in-depth knowledge of the group's processes.
Reduce departmental dependency risk (currently the IT manager) in the future (succession plan).
Strengthen the department to support business growth and expansion, both organic and inorganic.
Collaborate on the integration of acquisitions and foreign subsidiaries.
The acceleration of transformation projects within the group, driven by the rapid technological evolution of the industry, will require more resources to carry out an increasing number of transformation projects through automation/digitalization.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Information Systems, or similar.
An MBA or specific training in digital transformation is valued.
SAP certifications (especially S/4HANA) are highly valued.
Professional Experience +8-10 years of experience in ERP projects.
Demonstrable experience in migration projects to SAP S/4HANA (greenfield, brownfield, or conversion).
Participation in process analysis and redesign projects (AS IS / TO BE).
Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and working in international environments.
Experience in organizational change management.

Technical knowledge

Deep knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4HANA architecture.
Understanding of key modules (FI-CO, MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM, etc.).
Knowledge of integration with other systems (CRM, BI, logistics tools, etc.).
Familiarity with SAP Activate methodologies.
Ability for cross-functional process analysis, end-to-end: Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Plan to Produce. Identification of inefficiencies and redesign focused on standardization and automation.
Focus on continuous improvement and internal control.
