• Management and follow-up of purchase orders in a proprietary ERP.
• Documentary control of imports, transport, and customs documentation.
• Daily follow-up of international suppliers to ensure compliance with agreed dates.
• Updating of information, prices, and references in the system.
• Coordination with warehouse, logistics, and other departments.
• Management of administrative incidents and support to buyers.
• Follow-up of deliveries to minimize risks of stockouts.
