Requirements

What we're looking for

What do you need to match?

  • Degree in Business Administration and Management, Engineering, or similar.
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in similar functions within the food or consumer goods sector.
  • Advanced level of SAP (MM module) for managing orders, inventories, and reports.
  • Knowledge regarding imports (management of Incoterms, international documentation, customs processes, among others).
  • C1 level of English; a second language is valued.

An important company dedicated to the manufacturing and trade of a variety of food products worldwide is looking for a purchasing technician for its Murcia office. You will be responsible for:

What you'll do

  • Integral management of the purchasing process for packaging and containers.
  • Management of manufacturing programs, guaranteeing material availability and their correct alignment with the production plan.
  • Negotiation of prices, deadlines, delivery conditions, and quality standards with national and international suppliers.
  • Evaluation and approval of new suppliers.
  • Market analysis and detection of improvement opportunities in costs, innovation, and sustainability.
  • Supervision of compliance with purchasing policies, traceability, audits, and defined standards.
