The role

We are looking for an Operations Director to lead the comprehensive management of the business, optimizing project execution, profitability, and organizational development for a company specializing in HVAC installations. The position will combine team leadership, economic and contractual analysis, strategic management, and business development during a key growth phase backed by an investment fund.

Supervise budgets, margins, and operating results.

Collaborate in the commercial strategy and the development of new opportunities.

Drive the company's growth in strategic sectors, especially in the hospital field.

Report periodically to management and shareholders.
