What we're looking for

To be the ideal candidate, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, with high availability for travel (mainly at an international level) and an upper-intermediate level of English. High knowledge of mechanics and electronics, as well as PLC, will be very important for the position.

An important manufacturing and distribution group for the world's major energy companies is looking for an After-Sales Service technician to join its offices in Éibar.

What you'll do

You will be in charge of the repair, maintenance, and commissioning of machinery at the customer's site, providing after-sales support and ensuring the rapid and effective resolution of problems and incidents. Likewise, you will have to precisely document all interactions with customers, as well as the services performed and the materials supplied, for efficient administrative management. Breakdowns are mainly of a mechanical type, but if an electrical need arises, you will also have to take charge of solving it.
