Requirements

What we're looking for

University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Commercial Marketing, or similar positions within the beverage sector.
Experience working in dynamic environments with strong interaction between Marketing and Sales.
Ability to manage projects autonomously, coordinating multiple initiatives simultaneously.
High level of English.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Nice to have

Experience in spirits or beer companies will be especially valued, although profiles from other FMCG categories with a relevant career in Trade Marketing will also be considered.

Working hours

Monday to Thursday: 09:00-18:00 with 30 min of flexibility for arrival and departure.
Friday: 09:00-15:00.

The role

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist with a minimum of 5 years of experience in this same position within spirits or beer companies

What you'll do

Execute the Trade Marketing plans defined for the various brands and channels.
Coordinate promotional activations, visibility campaigns, and product launches at the point of sale.
Manage the production, distribution, and monitoring of POS materials and merchandising.
Ensure excellent execution in the On Trade and Off Trade channels, guaranteeing the correct implementation of commercial initiatives.
Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to adapt and implement actions aligned with business objectives.
Coordinate suppliers, agencies, and external partners, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality standards.
Provide support to the commercial team in the planning and execution of promotions and specific activities per client.
Analyze the performance of implemented actions, preparing reports and improvement proposals.
Manage the budget monitoring of Trade Marketing actions.
Monitor market trends, competitor promotional activity, and growth opportunities for the brands.
