As Store Manager for Barcelona Sants & Passeig de Gràcia, you will be responsible for leading the comprehensive management of the store, ensuring efficient operations, the achievement of commercial objectives, and an excellent customer experience. You will play a key role in resource optimization and team development.

• You will be responsible for the comprehensive management of the Store, ensuring the fulfillment of commercial, operational, and economic objectives.

• You will lead the team, participating in the selection, training, and development of people, organizing resources, and promoting a high-performance environment.

• You will supervise daily operations, guaranteeing fleet availability, compliance with quality standards, and coordination with suppliers and external collaborators.

• You will monitor the business, analyzing key KPIs, defining action plans, and communicating results to drive Store performance.

• You will manage administrative and financial activity, supervising collections, costs, orders, expenses, and other key processes to ensure efficient resource management.

• You will ensure compliance with regulations and procedures, ensuring that the Store's activity is carried out in accordance with internal policies, applicable legislation, and OK Mobility standards.
