What we're looking for

Minimum experience of 6-12 years in data consulting within the banking sector, coming from Big Four firms or other consultancies with projects for relevant clients.
Availability for national and international travel
Ability to identify business development opportunities.
Good level of English.

What you'll do

Support the direct team in creating the data practice team in Madrid.
Leading consulting projects in the data field, primarily in the banking sector, at both local and international levels.
Create and manage consulting teams of managers, senior consultants, consultants and analysts, providing experience in managing different teams of people, clients and project budgets.
Ensure excellence in project development in terms of quality and meet agreed deadlines, applying different methodologies appropriately.
Ability to structure the problem-solving process and assign tasks to consultants.
Propose action plans, effective and excellent implementation.
Manage the client relationship, building win-win relationships with clients, demonstrating a broad understanding of their needs.
Develop the consulting business.
Identify future collaboration opportunities and translate them into a commercial proposal (experience in preparing and presenting commercial proposals to the client).
