• Analysis and solution proposals: analysis of information to execute solution proposals. This involves identifying needs, risks, and opportunities, as well as proposing alternatives and improvements.
• Project management: planning, execution, and monitoring of tasks, as well as ensuring the quality of deliverables and meeting established objectives.
• Client relationship: establishing a close relationship with the client, understanding their needs, and providing solutions that add value.
• Team development: motivating, training, and guiding less experienced people.

• Project management and execution: planning and execution of daily project tasks, participation in the creation of deliverables, execution of strategic and critical project activities, monitoring progress, and communicating it to stakeholders.
• Client relationship: managing the client relationship, managing their expectations, being a valid interlocutor, and seeking sales opportunities. Importance of understanding the client and their objectives to efficiently meet the project.
• Project and team leadership: ensuring the correct execution and control of the project, as well as team management and supervision of the work of more junior consultants.
• Team development and training: training and developing younger consultants, instilling the company's work philosophy and transmitting that they are a team.
• Generation of commercial opportunities: identifying commercial opportunities by leveraging their understanding of the client and seeking new business opportunities.

• That you have between 2 and 6 years of experience in tasks related to massive data processing techniques oriented to MLops (focus on production) and understanding of business processes.
• That you like the banking and insurance sector.
• High level of programming in Python/SQL and PySpark
• Machine Learning and advanced statistical knowledge
• Autonomy in data model management
• You can participate in international projects, so it is necessary that you have a level of English that allows you to work in this language fluently.
• Our work format is hybrid, we expect the entire team to meet two to three days a week in our Alcobendas office.

• Análisis y propuestas de solución: análisis de información para ejecutar propuestas de solución. Esto implica identificar necesidades, riesgos y oportunidades, así como proponer alternativas y mejoras.

• Gestión y ejecución de proyectos: Planificación y ejecución de tareas diarias del proyecto, participación en la creación de entregables, ejecución de actividades estratégicas y críticas del proyecto, el monitoreo del avance y la comunicación del mismo a los stakeholders.
• Relación con el cliente: Gestión de la relación con el cliente, gestionar sus expectativas, siendo un interlocutor válido y buscando oportunidades de venta. Importancia de entender al cliente y sus objetivos para cumplir eficientemente con el proyecto.
• Liderazgo de proyectos y equipos: Asegurarse de la correcta ejecución y control del proyecto, así como la gestión de equipos y la supervisión del trabajo de los consultores más juniors.
• Desarrollo y formación de equipos: Formar y desarrollar a los consultores más jóvenes, inculcando la filosofía de trabajo de la empresa y transmitiendo que son un equipo.
• Generación de oportunidades comerciales: Identificación de oportunidades comerciales aprovechando su entendimiento del cliente y buscando nuevas oportunidades de negocio.

• Que tengas entre 2 y 6 años de experiencia en labores relacionadas con técnicas de procesamiento masivo de datos orientadas a MLops (foco en la puesta de producción) y entendimiento de proceso de negocio.
• Que te guste el sector bancario y asegurador.
• Alto nivel de programación en Python/SQL y PySpark
• Machine Learning y conocimientos estadísticos avanzados
• Autonomia en la gestión de modelos de datos
• Puedes participar en proyectos internacionales, por lo que es necesario que tengas un nivel de inglés que te permita trabajar en este idioma de manera fluida.
• Nuestro formato de trabajo es híbrido, esperamos que todo el equipo coincida entre dos a tres días a la semana en nuestra oficina de Alcobendas.
