  • Ensure the accurate collection, recording and management of inspection data and technical findings.

  • Review inspection data sheets, ensuring that all relevant information is properly recorded and documented.

  • Submit completed inspection data sheets (dirty data sheets) to the relevant internal departments and customers, and coordinate the transfer of information into clean data sheets for final reporting.

  • Prepare and issue detailed inspection and outage reports, including technical findings, recommendations and proposed follow-up actions, within 5–7 days following the completion of the outage.

  • Identify and propose opportunities for continuous improvement in inspection methods, processes and field service activities.

B. Office-Based Responsibilities – Quality Management and Project Coordination

Under the supervision of the Field Service Backup Office and Field Service Assessment Manager, the individual will support the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Field Service Quality Management System.

  • Prepare inspection layout plans for components and parts when required.

  • Support the Field Service team in planning and coordinating inspection activities before, during and after outages.

  • Act as the Field Service Person in Charge (PIC) for assigned MPW projects, under the direction of the Field Service Backup Office Manager.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the assigned Programme Manager and the Field Service organisation for the projects under responsibility.

  • Coordinate and prepare the required Quality Management System documentation and technical deliverables.

  • Review outage reports and ensure that all required technical and quality documentation is completed and submitted.

  • Work closely with Programme Managers to coordinate and monitor outage deliverables throughout the pre-outage, execution and post-outage stages.

  • Liaise with relevant colleagues and departments to request, prepare and consolidate the documentation and technical information required for successful project execution.

  • Monitor the status of assigned deliverables and support the timely completion of project documentation.

  • Ensure consistency and standardisation of Field Service Assessment processes and documentation.

  • Identify opportunities to improve quality processes, operational efficiency and technical reporting.

Cross-Departmental Coordination

  • Act as a technical and operational link between Field Service, Repair Engineering and Customer Support Engineering.

  • Facilitate the exchange of technical information, inspection findings and component condition assessments between departments.

  • Coordinate technical feedback and recommendations to support repair assessments, engineering evaluations and customer-related activities.

3. Other Duties and Responsibilities
