What we're looking for

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

Higher Level Vocational Training (FP II) in Automation, Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, or similar. Equivalent experience in industrial environments will also be valued.
Be willing to travel 50% of the time.
Experience in industrial maintenance, technical service, or automation.
Knowledge of mechanics, electrotechnics, automation, and industrial computing.
Knowledge of programming and control of industrial robots.
Proficiency in IT tools and technical management applications.
Intermediate level of technical English.
Availability to travel to customer facilities.
Customer orientation, problem-solving ability, rigor, organization, adaptability, and teamwork

The role

A Field Service Engineer is sought to join a multinational company specializing in industrial automation, robotics, and advanced technological solutions for various industrial sectors. The position includes maintenance and technical support for engineering and manufacturing equipment.

Robotics

What you'll do

Diagnose faults and propose technical maintenance solutions.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial robots.
Assist and advise customers in the use and operation of robotic equipment.
Prepare technical reports and documentation of the interventions performed.
Manage the assigned spare parts stock and replacement parts.
Perform customer follow-up in coordination with the technical team.
Communicate needs and incidents detected during visits to the sales department.
Execute maintenance and repair tasks in the workshop when necessary.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate in the training of new technicians.
Ensure compliance with repair procedures and established safety standards
