Requirements

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an electromechanic, preferably in the automotive, railway, or related sectors.
  • Possibility of working night shifts (night shift premium) and, in some projects, a split shift.
  • Possibility of (paid) weekend and afternoon on-call shifts.
  • Availability to travel and relocate.
  • Have a driver's license.
  • Preferably with a vocational training certificate (grado medio) in electromechanics or electrical engineering.

An important company dedicated to the manufacture and maintenance of railway equipment is looking for an electromechanical technician to be in charge of providing technical support and solutions to repairs that arise at customers' sites.

What you'll do

  • Repair and report on component failures or defects and customer claims regarding products and installations at the Client's site.
  • Act as the interface with Quality to report failures, quality issues, and observations detected in the work area.
  • Directly manage the implementation of the Field Modification Instruction.
  • Develop and maintain labor relations with current customers.
  • Identify improvement methods.
