The role

What you'll do

Identify and analyze, through different sources of information (internal and external), the customer and their potential business.
Acquire new customers and maintain/strengthen the current portfolio.
Follow up on alerts and proactively resolve any incidents
Negotiate commercial terms with customers and prepare budgets based on the commercial policies set by the Company's Commercial Management.
Follow up on submitted quotes pending acceptance.
Monitor customer activation and verify the volumes committed in the offer.
Report on new products, services, procedures, etc., to promote the expansion of services with the customer, increasing their loyalty and capitalizing on cross-selling opportunities.
Transfer all visit documentation via Tablet to carry out proper follow-up
Submit weekly reports to the Sales Manager for the assigned area.

Availability to travel throughout the national territory.
Good command of the Excel office tool.
Meet customer needs. Provide excellent service by acquiring new customers, maintaining and building loyalty among the customers in your portfolio, according to or in line with the set objectives.
Carry out everything in accordance with the Company's commercial policies and under the strategies established to achieve the objectives.
Demonstrable experience in a similar position for at least 3 years.
Responsible, methodical, dynamic, autonomous, and consistent person.
Ability to manage their own work schedule.
Pleasant manner with clients and colleagues
