Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Quality, Engineering, Science or similar.
Previous experience in Quality departments or Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
Rigorous, analytical, organised person with a focus on continuous improvement.
Ability to analyse data and indicators.
Proficient use of Excel and document management tools.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Driving licence and own vehicle (travel between bases)

At Moventia, we want to hire a/an

Reporting to Management and the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for technical support in the management of the Integrated Management System (IMS), ensuring document control, monitoring quality indicators and preparing for internal and external audits, contributing to the continuous improvement of the company's processes.

What you'll do

Management and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (IMS):

Maintenance and updating of the quality management system.
Control, review and improvement of IMS documentation.
Version management of procedures, instructions and records.
Ensuring compliance with quality system requirements.
Preparation of evidence and support in internal and external audits.
Monitoring of corrective, preventive and improvement actions.
Definition, monitoring and analysis of quality indicators (KPIs).
Preparation of monitoring reports and quality reporting.
Identification of deviations and support in the implementation of improvement actions.
Collaboration in the optimisation of internal processes.
Support in the implementation and maintenance of ISO regulations or other applicable standards.
Participation in management system improvement projects.
Coordination with different areas to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Support in the preparation of technical documentation for the system.
