The role

We are looking for an ERP Functional Consultant to provide functional support to our clients and participate in basic implementations of our ERP/MES systems. The selected person will resolve operational queries and support our consulting team in configurations, testing, and training. Capacity for internal growth into ERP/MES consumption roles in international industrial environments.

What you'll do

-Attend to and record incidents and queries.

-Resolve basic system queries and configurations.

-Escalate more complex incidents within the team.

-Participate in basic implementations: initial configuration, testing, and user training.

-Support simple data migration (items, customers, suppliers).

-Update and document processes.

-Proactivity and desire to learn.

- Organizational skills.

-Teamwork and resolution orientation.

-Basic analytical capacity.

Requirements

-Business education (Business Administration, ADE, or similar).

-Basic knowledge of business processes (sales, purchasing, inventory, production).

-Basic knowledge of accounting.

-Good communication and customer orientation.

-Real interest in learning ERP/MES environments and growing within the area.

-English B2 or higher due to dealings with international clients.

-Previous experience with ERP (SAP, Dynamics) will be valued.

-Notions of SQL will be valued.

-Knowledge of or interest in technology and digitalization.

Benefits and conditions

-Stability: Permanent contract in a company with its own solid projects.

Balanced schedule: 40 hours per week. Flexible start and end times (from 8-9 am to 5-6 pm) Monday to Thursday, and intensive mornings on Fridays. In August, afternoons off starting at 3 pm.
Growth: Direct participation in innovation projects (AI).
Remuneration according to merit and experience provided. (25k-30k annually)
