Senior Business Central Functional Specialist

• University degree in Engineering (Computer Science, Telecommunications, Industrial) or Business Administration and Management; or equivalent.
• Certifications related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, AL development, project management (Scrum, PMP, or similar), training in process automation, and the use of AI in business processes are valued.
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, etc.) and AI solutions applied to business is valued.  

At Grupo Empresarial Enhol, we are looking for a Senior ERP Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant to join the corporate Digital Strategy and Technology department, with 5 to 10 years of experience in the required functions.

• Lead implementation, evolution, and continuous improvement projects for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central at national and international levels.
• Act as the functional reference for the ERP, ensuring proper alignment with business processes.
• Analyze, define, and document functional requirements together with the different areas of the company.
• Design efficient solutions within Business Central, proposing process improvements.
• Manage corrective and evolutionary maintenance of the system.
• Coordinate internal teams (business and IT) and external vendors.
• Oversee integrations with other systems and digital solutions.
• Drive digitalization initiatives, including process automation and the incorporation of AI.
• Ensure proper adoption of implemented solutions by users.

• Hands-on experience in implementing and evolving Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is essential, along with knowledge of business processes.
• Knowledge of business processes (finance, operations, supply chain) and experience in defining requirements and coordinating with the business are essential.
• Certifications related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, AL development, project management (Scrum, PMP, or similar), training in process automation, and the use of AI in business processes are valued.
• Knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, etc.) and AI solutions applied to business is valued.  
• Intermediate to advanced English is required for presentations and projects in other countries.
