Technician in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

We are looking to bring on a Technician in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to join the Information Systems team, taking part in the evolution, support, and improvement of our corporate ERP environment—a key tool for areas such as finance, purchasing, and project management across the entire Group.

You will be part of the team responsible for the functional and technical support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, acting as the link between corporate and business areas and the ERP system. Your mission will be to ensure that processes are properly supported by the tool, operate reliably, and evolve in line with the real needs of the organization.

In this role, you will work on understanding and analyzing business processes supported by the ERP, collaborating closely with different functional areas to understand their needs and translate them into configurations, adjustments, or solutions within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. You will be a key reference for functional support, incident analysis, and identifying improvement opportunities that add value across the Group.

You will also take part in identifying and resolving functional or technical errors, using your knowledge of ERP architecture to analyze causes, coordinate solutions, and ensure system stability. You will work with system integrations, understanding data flows and the different types of integration, as well as role and permission management, ensuring proper, secure, and aligned use across each area.

All of this within a corporate environment where collaboration, quality of response, and a service-oriented mindset are essential, and where the ERP is a critical tool for the smooth operation of the Sener Group.

Given the international nature of the Sener Group, a high level of English (C1) is required. Certifications related to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (MB-300, MB-310, or others) will be positively valued, although they are not strictly mandatory.

We are looking for someone with a university degree in Computer Engineering or a related field, interested in growing in the ERP systems field, particularly in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. We expect you to have basic or intermediate knowledge of F&O, enabling you to navigate the system confidently and actively contribute to its support and evolution.

It will be important to have a good understanding of business processes related to an ERP environment, especially in areas such as finance, purchasing, and project management, and to feel comfortable acting as a bridge between business and technology.

We value profiles capable of listening, analyzing, and translating functional needs into practical solutions within the system.

From a technical standpoint, we expect you to have a solid understanding of ERP architecture, enabling you to analyze functional or technical incidents and collaborate on their resolution. We also value general knowledge of system integrations, understanding data flows, as well as experience in role and permission management.

Buscamos incorporar un/a Técnico/a en Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations que se sume al equipo de Sistemas de Información, participando en la evolución, soporte y mejora de nuestro entorno ERP corporativo, una herramienta clave para áreas como finanzas, compras y gestión de proyectos en todo el Grupo.

Formarás parte del equipo responsable del soporte funcional y técnico de Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, actuando como punto de conexión entre las áreas corporativas y de negocio y el sistema ERP. Tu misión será asegurar que los procesos están correctamente soportados por la herramienta, funcionan de forma fiable y evolucionan alineados con las necesidades reales de la organización.

En este rol trabajarás en la comprensión y análisis de los procesos de negocio que se apoyan en el ERP, colaborando estrechamente con distintas áreas funcionales para entender sus necesidades y traducirlas en configuraciones, ajustes o soluciones dentro de Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Serás una figura de referencia para el soporte funcional, el análisis de incidencias y la identificación de oportunidades de mejora que aporten valor al conjunto del Grupo.

También participarás en la identificación y resolución de errores funcionales o técnicos, apoyándote en tu conocimiento de la arquitectura de un ERP para analizar causas, coordinar soluciones y asegurar la estabilidad del sistema. Tendrás contacto con aspectos relacionados con integraciones entre sistemas, comprendiendo los flujos de datos y los distintos tipos de integración, así como con la gestión de roles y permisos, garantizando un uso adecuado, seguro y alineado con las necesidades de cada área.

Todo ello en un entorno corporativo donde la colaboración, la calidad en la respuesta y la orientación al servicio interno son clave, y donde el ERP es una herramienta crítica para el buen funcionamiento del Grupo Sener.

Dado el entorno internacional del Grupo Sener, es necesario contar con un nivel de inglés alto (C1). Se valorará positivamente disponer de certificaciones relacionadas con Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (MB‑300, MB‑310 u otras), aunque no son un requisito imprescindible.

Buscamos una persona con titulación universitaria en Ingeniería Informática o similar, interesada en desarrollarse en el ámbito de los sistemas ERP y, en particular, en Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Esperamos que cuentes con un conocimiento básico o intermedio de F&O, que te permita moverte con soltura por el sistema y participar activamente en su soporte y evolución.

Será importante que tengas una comprensión de los procesos de negocio asociados a un entorno ERP, especialmente en áreas como finanzas, compras y/o gestión de proyectos, y que te sientas cómodo/a actuando como interlocutor/a entre negocio y tecnología.

Valoramos perfiles capaces de escuchar, analizar y traducir necesidades funcionales en soluciones prácticas dentro del sistema.

Desde el punto de vista técnico, esperamos que tengas una comprensión básica de la arquitectura de un ERP, que te permita analizar incidencias funcionales o técnicas y colaborar en su resolución. También valoramos conocimientos generales sobre integraciones entre sistemas, entendiendo los flujos de datos, así como experiencia en la gestión de roles y permisos.
