The role

Do you have a degree in industrial engineering, experience managing installation projects, and are you motivated to join a leading family office in Barcelona with a portfolio of over 500 real estate assets?

What you'll do

Prepare and analyze technical reports related to all types of installation projects in all types of properties, including energy efficiency measures, identifying opportunities for improvement and defining recommended actions.
Directly follow up with insurance companies on projects related to claims, repairs, and resulting procedures.
Search for, evaluate, and propose suitable industrial contractors and suppliers for each project, assessing specialties, timelines, and costs.
Prepare technical and economic comparisons between different industrial contractors, facilitating decision-making.
Manage recurring maintenance and daily incident control related to the assets.
Represent the owner before technicians, industrial contractors, administrations, and other agents involved in the projects.
Supervise the correct execution of the work, ensuring compliance with deadlines, regulations, and quality standards.
Coordinate actions related to changes of use, minor works, and necessary adaptations to optimize the exploitation of the assets.
Prepare reports and track the progress of projects for the asset management.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Essential degree in Technical/Industrial Engineering or in the corresponding degrees.
Experience in managing CapEx projects in buildings, especially in the field of installations.
Technical knowledge to analyze reports, budgets, and proposals from industrial contractors.
Ability to communicate with insurance companies, administrations, technicians, and suppliers.
Organization, autonomy, and a focus on service and results.
Driver's license.
Attention to detail.
