Requirements

What we're looking for

  • 3 years or more developing on Odoo, with custom modules and customization of ORM, views, and QWeb.

  • Advanced Python and real production integrations with third-party APIs.

  • Experience in Odoo.sh or in Odoo deployments with Git.

  • Availability during Spanish working hours.

Nice to have

  • Backend developer with a focus on ERPs, with a product mindset and an orientation toward solving business problems, not just tickets.

  • Total autonomy and the ability to prioritize remotely, with clear and proactive communication.

  • Functional knowledge of Spanish accounting and taxation (VAT, SII, intra-community invoicing); this is a great plus.

  • Experience in e-commerce or consumer goods (CPG) companies with multiple sales channels (DTC, marketplaces, B2B).

  • We value experience with Shopify Admin API (GraphQL), Amazon SP-API, PostgreSQL, GitHub Actions, and migration between Odoo versions.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

  • Access to and training in AI tools, working with cutting-edge technology like Claude.

  • Internal and external training to boost your continuous learning.

  • Up to 50% discount on Natulim products.

  • School adaptation days, to accompany children under 3 years old when you need it.

  • A young, dynamic team with a great atmosphere, where people and ideas matter.

We are a young team based in Spain, but we are a remote-first company. We see each other in person once or twice a week, although you can also be completely remote if you prefer, no commitment.

The role

At Natulim, we improve classic cleaning products. We make residue-free products that are practical to use and with ingredients that are good for the skin and the planet.

Our star product is a laundry detergent in a biodegradable strip format that dissolves in the washing machine.

We are looking for a passionate and responsible professional with an entrepreneurial spirit, fast learning skills, and the will to develop new skills.

And we are growing! Your role will be to ensure that Odoo, our ERP, is reliably connected with the rest of the company's systems. You will be the Odoo point of reference within the team.

What you'll do

  • Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Odoo and the rest of the platforms via their APIs (XML-RPC/JSON-RPC and REST) using Python: Shopify (7 stores in 9 countries), Amazon (EU marketplaces), the logistics warehouse, banks, data tools, and B2B order entry channels.

  • Be the Odoo Key User: resolve team issues (finance, operations, retail), provide support, and train internal users.

  • Configure and adjust modules for accounting, invoicing, purchasing, sales, and inventory, including OCA community modules and custom modules.

  • Automate processes that are currently done manually: B2B order entry, stock and rate synchronization, supplier invoice processing, and daily exports.

  • Manage the environment in Odoo.sh: branches, deployments, staging environments, version updates, and backups.

  • Guarantee data quality in Odoo (products, SKUs, contacts, rates) and act as a link with Shopify, which is the source of truth for products.

  • Document integrations and processes so that the rest of the team can understand and maintain them.

  • Work with AI tools (Claude and MCP connectors) to accelerate development and support.
