We are looking for an Odoo Senior Developer to join our Internal Product team.

What you'll do

What would your role be? 📋

Work alongside the technology team and the rest of the Odoo developers in the definition and development of our ERP solution, the main tool for our operations teams.
Collaborate on the organizational implementation of the developed solutions.
Ensure Odoo maintenance and support.
Help in the definition of our data strategy, our data architecture to support use cases, for robust data governance and the development of a powerful analytical environment.
Participate in the radical and continuous transformation of our operations to enable scalability in line with our ambitious growth (3-4X annually), while maintaining current high quality standards, helping in the design and implementation of processes and tools across all areas of the company (marketing, caregiver selection, case managers, and administration).
Ensure the support that the operations teams need for the proper functioning of the organization (work environments, workflows, tools, processes).
Integration with tools external to Odoo (telephony, emailing tools, asynchronous communication with families...).
