Requirements

What we're looking for

Solid experience as an Odoo Consultant / Odoo Functional Consultant.
Demonstrable experience actively participating in and taking responsibility for end-to-end Odoo implementation projects.
Ability to manage the different phases of a project: requirement gathering, functional analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and subsequent support.
Good functional knowledge of different Odoo modules.
Ability to understand business processes and translate them into solutions within Odoo.
Experience working directly with key users and business stakeholders.
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of assigned projects.
Experience coordinating with technical profiles for developments, integrations, and customizations.
Good communication, organization, and priority management skills.
Analytical and problem-solving profile with a clear business orientation.

Nice to have

Experience with modules such as Sales, CRM, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, or Project will be especially valued.
Experience in migrations between Odoo versions will be valued.
Experience in Odoo integrations with other systems and applications will be valued.

The role

We are looking for an Odoo Consultant with solid experience in implementing Odoo projects from end to end and the ability to work autonomously with different business areas. You will be responsible for analyzing client processes and needs, translating them into functional solutions within Odoo, and accompanying the entire implementation cycle until go-live.

What you'll do

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

Managing end-to-end Odoo implementation projects, from the initial analysis phase to go-live and subsequent support.
Gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into functional solutions within Odoo.
Analyzing current processes and identifying opportunities for optimization, automation, and standardization.
Designing functional solutions aligned with business needs and standard Odoo functionalities.
Configuring and implementing different Odoo modules based on project needs.
Coordinating with technical teams when developments, customizations, or integrations are necessary.
Managing and participating in the different testing and UAT phases.
Participating functionally in data migration, integration, and deployment processes.
Training and providing support to key users and different business areas.
Acting as a point of contact between business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders involved in the projects.
Managing incidents and providing functional support during and after implementations.
Identifying new functionalities and improvement opportunities within Odoo.
Monitoring the different milestones, priorities, and deliverables of the projects.
