Construction Site Manager

At NEALISINFRAESTRUCTURAS, a company belonging to the Infrastructure area of the NEALIS group, we continue to grow and want to hire two people for the position of site foreman for the execution of various works throughout the province of Castellón. We are looking for a Site Foreman with extensive experience in building and civil engineering to join our team on a permanent basis. In direct collaboration with the site manager, you will be responsible for managing the material execution of the works, ensuring compliance with deadlines, technical quality, and current regulations.

Main functions Organization and supervision: Manage the execution of the works and organize the different work units, adapting to the established planning and deadlines. Team coordination: Monitor our own personnel on-site, as well as coordinate and supervise subcontracted companies. Technical and quality control: Interpret plans, control and verify setting out, supervise the correct execution of the works, and monitor site performance. Materials management: Control orders, reception, storage, loading, and unloading of materials. Measurements and certifications: Collaborate with the site manager on measurements and the management of monthly certifications. Prevention, Quality, and Environment: Ensure strict compliance with the rules and procedures of the Safety, Quality, and Environment Plan. Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety on the construction site. Document management and representation: Process site documentation (control of subcontractors, workers, quality, etc.) and represent the company before the Property, neighbors, and users in the absence of the site manager. Minimum requirements Experience: Demonstrable experience in new construction building works (high-rise housing, single-family homes, renovations, and building rehabilitation) and solid experience in civil engineering. Mandatory training: Basic Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) Course in Construction of 60 hours. Specialty: Building and Civil Engineering. Availability: Geographical availability for the Valencian Community and mobility at a national level according to project needs. We offer Remuneration according to experience. Permanent contract.
