The role

At TM Grupo Inmobiliario, a leader in the construction and real estate development sector, we are looking for a Site Foreman to join our team in Vinaròs (Castellón), who is eager to grow professionally in a consolidated and dynamic company.

What you'll do

Coordinate and supervise the activities and work of subcontractors, including the measurement of completed works.
Collaborate in monitoring occupational health and safety (OHS) measures and act as a preventive resource.
Monitor the progress of works, reporting progress using standardized templates.
Manage materials, their storage, and supply, controlling the inflow and outflow of construction materials.
Ensure product fidelity regarding commercial information and manage all relevant technical documentation.
Implement the quality system, ensuring the correct execution of work units and compliance with standards.
Prepare and control the final finishes through the use of construction checklists.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a proactive, organized person with the ability to work in a team, who will collaborate closely with the site team to guarantee compliance with deadlines, quality standards, safety measures and the correct execution of the works.

Requirements

Minimum experience in the execution of at least 200 housing units.
Basic OHS training (60 hours).
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.
