The role

A company specialized in naval construction and outfitting projects is looking to hire a Construction Foreman to coordinate teams and supervise the execution of works in industrial environments.

What you'll do

- Organization, distribution, and supervision of daily works on site.

- Coordination and leadership of production teams.

- Monitoring of progress, deadlines, and incidents.

- Interpretation of plans and technical documentation.

- Coordination with other departments and intervening companies.

- Management of needs for materials, tools, and auxiliary means.

- Supervision of compliance with quality, safety, and occupational risk prevention standards.

- Resolution of incidents and technical support during the execution of projects.

How you'll work

Intensive morning schedule (6:00-14:00 or 7:00-15:00).
