Head Chef - Opening

At Intelier Hotels & Suites we continue to grow and will soon launch a new tourist apartment project in Benicàssim, a completely renovated establishment that joins our accommodation offering in one of the most prominent tourist destinations on the Mediterranean coast. For this opening, we are looking to hire a Head Chef who wants to be part of this new and exciting project, leading the implementation of the gastronomic operations and contributing to defining a differential experience for our guests.

As the person responsible for the kitchen area and in coordination with the establishment's Management and the F&B area, you will be in charge of defining, developing, and supervising the gastronomic proposal for all points of sale, guaranteeing the highest standards of quality, service, and profitability. Your main functions will include: Defining, developing, and supervising the establishment's gastronomic proposal across all points of sale and services. Leading, coordinating, and developing the kitchen teams. Guaranteeing compliance with quality, HACCP, and food safety standards. Managing budgets, recipe costing, food cost, and waste control. Coordinating operational and strategic planning alongside Management and F&B. Promoting the training, motivation, and development of the team. Contributing to the gastronomic positioning of the establishment. Adapting the gastronomic offering to different consumption moments and operational needs.
