📢 What are the functions to be performed by the selected person? Administrative management and control of personnel: vacations, permits, leaves, absences, and monitoring of the work calendar. Registration and updating of operational and administrative plant data. Document management and archiving of internal records. Issuance, monitoring, and control of purchase orders. Coordination and communication with suppliers for requests, orders, and service monitoring. Control and management of access for external personnel, visitors, and contractors to the plant. Administrative support to the operation and maintenance departments. Data entry and updating in office tools and internal systems. Monitoring of documentation from external companies and administrative coordination of access. 📢 What must the selected person have? Intermediate or Higher Vocational Training Cycle in Administration and Finance or equivalent.
