Second Maître

At Intelier Hotels & Suites, we continue to drive the growth and excellence of our establishments. To strengthen the food and beverage team at the Hotel Palacio San Martín, located in the center of Madrid, we are looking to hire a 2nd Maître. We are looking for a person with leadership capacity, customer orientation, and a vocation for service, who enjoys working in a team and guaranteeing memorable experiences for our guests.

You will work in collaboration with the maître, being a key figure in the coordination of food and beverage services and in the supervision of the front-of-house team. Your main functions will include: Supervising and coordinating the front-of-house service, guaranteeing an excellent experience for the customer. Organizing and distributing the team's tasks, ensuring the correct functioning of daily operations. Supporting the maître in the planning, management, and monitoring of the Food and Beverage department. Coordinating with the kitchen and other departments to ensure efficient service. Ensuring compliance with quality, service, hygiene, and food safety standards. Managing incidents and attending to the needs of customers and teams during service. Participating in the training, integration, and development of the front-of-house staff. Substituting for the maître during their absences, guaranteeing the operational continuity of the service.
