About the role

As an Electromechanical Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring and performing corrective and preventive electrical and mechanical maintenance of the plant's facilities and machinery. You will also be in charge of monitoring and troubleshooting faults in PLCs.

You will actively participate in methodologies and improvement activities for current processes/procedures, asset improvement, and/or participation in multidisciplinary teams.

What you'll do

Your day-to-day

  • Safety and environment: work safely and keep the environment compliant with plant policies.
  • Food safety and quality: comply with the plant's and environment's own GMPs; support the reduction of complaints.
  • Comprehensive maintenance: execute and document corrective and preventive mechanical and electrical maintenance; ensure spare parts and resources.
  • Improvement and coordination: lead continuous improvements, coordinate adjustments and planning with production, review daily incidents with the manager.
  • Monitoring, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of faults in PLCs and instrumentation.
