Maintenance Technician

At Aurora Intelligent Nutrition, a leading company in the consumer goods and food sector, located in Estepa (Seville) and in the midst of an expansion and growth process, we need to hire a person for the MAINTENANCE department as an ELECTROMECHANIC for its production plants specializing in supplementation (Food Supplements), Nutraceuticals, Pharmacy, Parapharmacy, Herbalism, and Sports.

• Detect, diagnose, and correct faults in electrical, mechanical, and electromechanical systems.
• Use measuring instruments (multimeter, ammeter, etc.) and analysis techniques to determine root causes of failures.
• Perform functional tests after each intervention to ensure the total restoration of the equipment.
• Attend to corrective maintenance requests immediately and as a priority.
• Execute repairs on machinery, electric motors, control panels, sensors, pumps, conveyor belts, among others.
• Record downtime and applied solutions.
• Operate and maintain hand tools, electric tools, and measuring equipment in good condition.
• Inform supervisors about the faults addressed, solutions applied, and recommendations to avoid recurrence.
• Fill out maintenance reports and update records in the system
• Collaborate on preventive maintenance tasks when there are no active corrective tasks.•Provide relevant information to adjust maintenance frequencies or the replacement of critical components.
• Propose improvements in procedures or operating conditions that reduce the failure rate.
