What we're looking for
- Language Skills: Fluent C2/Native-level Dutch speaker with a solid, confident baseline in English (B1 minimum) to seamlessly navigate our international office.
- Natural Communicators: You genuinely enjoy talking to people, have empathy, and don't get shaken easily by a tech question.
- The Digital Native: You know your way around standard software interfaces, can troubleshoot your own home Wi-Fi, and pick up new digital tools fast.
- Legally Set: You hold a valid EU Passport or full legal residency status allowing you to live and work under a Spanish contract.
- Roster Ready: Full flexibility to work a vibrant service schedule within our opening windows: Mon-Fri 08:00-20:00 and Weekends 09:00-17:30. The role
Let's be real: waking up to gray skies gets old. Imagine finishing your workday, closing your laptop, and walking straight onto the beaches of Málaga to meet an international crew for cold drinks and fresh seafood. If you've been looking for a sign to launch a true European adventure without putting your career or bank account on hold, this relocation opportunity is it.
We are building a dynamic, high-energy squad of Dutch speakers to support millions of users for one of the Netherlands' most innovative telecom brands. We offer a highly collaborative, social, and modern workspace where you can bring your full personality to work every day.

- The Direct Lifeline: Handling inbound questions from customers back home via phone, interactive live chat, and email. No boring cold calling!
- Tech Solutions Made Simple: Guiding users through simple, satisfying fixes-like setting up mobile data roaming, activating brand-new SIM cards, or troubleshooting high-speed home internet and TV box installations.
- The Growth Mindset: Spotting perfect moments to introduce customers to better packages or smart add-ons. You don't need a background in sales; we teach you the subtle art of comfortable upselling, and you get rewarded for it.
- Database Mastery: Keeping customer files clean, updated, and highly accurate within our modern CRM platform.
How you'll work
Earliest Start Dates: 06 July 2026 or 27 July 2026

Good to know if you are moving
- Relocation packages are standard: most Spain-based roles include paid flights and help with the move, so you don't have to fund the relocation yourself.
- The company hires exclusively for international talent — nearly every open role in Spain is for a Dutch, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish, Finnish, or German speaker.
- Roles are concentrated on the Costa del Sol (Málaga, Alicante, Torrevieja, Fuengirola), so you can live by the beach while working in tech, customer service, or healthcare.
- Several positions are fully remote from anywhere in the EU, which suits digital nomads who want to keep moving.
- The employer handles the Spanish visa and work-permit paperwork as part of the relocation, removing a big administrative hurdle for non-EU candidates.
