As an F&B Trainee Operations, you will have the opportunity to develop a comprehensive vision of Food and Beverage operations in a luxury hotel environment. You will actively participate in the different operational areas of the department, gaining practical experience and a solid understanding of the excellence service standards that distinguish Tivoli Hotels & Resorts.

• Customer service: Welcoming guests and offering personalized and professional service throughout their dining experience.
• Reservation management: Attending to and managing reservations across the different food and beverage outlets.
• Restaurant service: Participating in order taking, food and beverage service, and dish presentation following established quality standards.
• Product knowledge: Familiarizing yourself with menus, ingredients, beverages, and preparation methods to properly advise guests.
• Events and banquets: Collaborating in the organization, setup, and execution of special events and banquet services.
• Room Service and Breakfast: Supporting breakfast operations and room service, guaranteeing an exceptional guest experience.
• Bar operations: Participating in beverage service, customer service, and basic payment management at points of sale.
• Continuous improvement: Collaborating with the F&B management team by proposing initiatives that contribute to operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
