As a Kitchen Trainee, you will be part of the kitchen team, actively participating in the different operational areas of the department. This experience will allow you to acquire a global vision of luxury hotel gastronomy, develop your culinary skills, and learn from experienced professionals in a dynamic and international environment. You will have the opportunity to rotate through different kitchens depending on the duration of your internship and experience firsthand the standards of excellence that define the Tivoli experience.

• Culinary preparation: Participate in the preparation of basic recipes and culinary preparations following the established technical sheets and standards.
• Mise en place: Prepare vegetables, salads, side dishes, and support products necessary for daily service.
• Quality control: Verify the quality, hygiene, preservation, and correct storage of received products.
• Food handling: Apply cutting, preparation, and cooking techniques, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
• Plating: Collaborate in the plating and finishing of dishes before service to guests.
• Equipment use: Properly use and maintain kitchen equipment, tools, and machinery.
• Sustainability and efficiency: Contribute to the responsible use of resources, minimizing waste and respecting the hotel's environmental practices.
• Operational learning: Rotate through different kitchen areas to expand knowledge and understand the integral functioning of the gastronomic department.
