Requirements

What we're looking for

Education in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
3–5 years of experience in Process Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Industrialization, or Production positions.
Experience working directly with production lines, preferably in packaging, wrapping, or filling processes.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
Experience in KPI analysis and improvement of production indicators.
English level B2 or higher.

Nice to have

Valuable experience in the Healthcare, Pharma, Cosmetics, Food, or Brewing sectors, especially in industrial environments with automated lines.

The role

Process and Continuous Improvement Engineer - Madrid

We are looking for a Process and Continuous Improvement Engineer to expand one of our teams in Madrid.

What you'll do

Analyze line operation and identify improvement opportunities in terms of productivity, efficiency, quality, and costs.
Lead continuous improvement and process optimization projects.
Analyze and reduce production losses, downtime, changeovers, and micro-stops.
Work on indicators such as OEE, productivity, scrap, changeover times, and availability.
Implement Lean Manufacturing methodologies and continuous improvement tools.
Participate in problem-solving and root cause analysis (5 Whys, Ishikawa, etc.).
Propose and implement technical and process improvements in machinery and packaging lines.
Coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering to optimize equipment operation.
Participate in the industrialization, modification, and fine-tuning of new formats or products.
Define and monitor line KPIs.
Document procedures, standards, and implemented improvements.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement together with the production teams.
