Administrative Assistant

• We value professional training in Administration, Economics, Finance, or related areas.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in collections management, accounts receivable, or debt recovery.
• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, distribution, or supply chain companies will be valued.
• Knowledge of basic accounting and financial management.
• Advanced level of Excel.
• Experience working with SAP Concur, Navision, Agikey, Portsys,...
• Intermediate level of English.

At Noatum Automotive , we are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant to support the company's administrative, financial, and operational processes at the Sagunto location. We are looking for an organized, proactive person oriented toward detail, with the ability to coordinate with different areas and guarantee the efficiency of internal processes.

• Control and verify supplier and customer invoices, guaranteeing their accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
• Generate, register, and manage purchase orders through corporate systems.
• Prepare, present, and follow up on requests for the acquisition of services, goods, and consumables, ensuring compliance with established approval procedures.
• Monitor and control payments, verifying their correct processing and managing any possible incidents or discrepancies.
• Keep operational and administrative information up to date in the company's corporate systems and ERP, including SAP Concur, Navision, Agikey, and Portsys.
• Attend to, process, and follow up on communications, requirements, notifications, and other administrative actions received through official bodies, ensuring compliance with established deadlines.
• Coordinate with the Finance, Operations, Purchasing, Human Resources departments, and external suppliers to guarantee the correct execution of administrative and financial processes.
• Guarantee the correct filing and maintenance of administrative, contractual, and financial documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing efficiency, data quality, and the digitalization of administrative processes.
• Provide administrative and operational support to business projects and activities when required.
• Provide cross-functional support to the different areas of the organization, collaborating in the management of administrative and operational tasks.
