Customer Service Logistics RoRo

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service profile to support our RoRo logistics operations. The person will assist with daily customer inquiries, documentation handling, shipment follow‑up, and coordination between internal teams and external partners. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in the logistics and maritime transport sector.

• Support end-to-end shipment coordination for RoRo and automotive cargo (bookings, documentation, tracking, delivery), with room for training and development.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and a high level of service.
• Coordinate with operations, procurement, carriers, and overseas offices to support smooth execution of shipments.
• Monitor shipments, assist in resolving incidences, and contribute to meeting service commitments and KPIs.
• Ensure proper handling of documentation, invoicing, and system updates (e.g., CargoWise).
• Contribute to customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for process and service improvement.
