The role

What you'll do

Perform outbound commercial prospecting calls (Cold Calling).
Detect needs and opportunities for service or device renewals.
Present and explain the advantages of Orange Renove offers.
Negotiate and close sales over the phone.
Resolve doubts and manage customer objections.
Maintain fluid and professional communication during calls.
Meet established commercial and productivity objectives.
Register and update information regarding the actions performed.

We are looking for 3 SALES AGENTS for the Orange Renove service in Vigo

What will your mission be?
As a sales agent, you will have to capture and advise Orange customers over the phone to promote the Orange Renove service, identifying sales opportunities, generating trust during the call, and achieving service contracts through commercial and persuasion techniques.
