The role

At Nortempo, we are looking for an architect with experience in landscaping and gardening who has participated in the management of public tenders and subsidies.

What you'll do

Preparation of technical plans and landscaping projects using tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Lumion.
Selection of suitable plant species according to climate, soil, and project needs.
Design of irrigation, drainage, and outdoor lighting systems.
Integration of the landscape with buildings, infrastructure, and natural environments.
Conducting terrain studies, topography, and environmental analysis.
Drafting of technical reports, measurements, budgets, and specifications.
Management of tenders and preparation of technical documentation for public competitions.
Coordination with architects, engineers, urban planners, and gardening companies.
Supervision and monitoring of construction execution to guarantee compliance with the project.
Proposal of sustainable solutions related to biodiversity, water efficiency, and environmental conservation.
Management and maintenance of green spaces once the work is completed.

Requirements

Previous experience in similar positions.

Handling of:

AutoCAD: preparation of plans, construction details, and technical documentation.

AutoCAD + SketchUp + Lumion/Twinmotion + Photoshop.
